Workout with me on my birthday!

Wheeeeeeee! It's my birthday!!

Join me for a workout on Sunday 13th December!

As always, you will be able to screenshot/bookmark this to do in your own time.

I'm going to use the CrossFit benchmark WOD "Lucy" (of course) for this challenge.

I'm slightly scared and slightly excited .. the sign of a good WOD right?

It goes like this:

  • Get nice and warm.. mobilise and lift the heart-rate

  • 5 rounds for time

  • 5 pull-ups

  • 10 burpees

  • 400m run

If you don't have access to a pull-up bar or running isn't an option for you, try this scaled version!

  • 5 rounds for time

  • 5 push-ups

  • 10 burpees

  • 20 lateral skaters

  • 50 mountain climbers

There's going to be a nice little finisher squeezed in there too.. birthday treat ;)
