Work-out with me!

Trust me? Good. I'll put together a great wee workout for us and all you need to do is show up!

If you're nervous, it's okay. I won't be able to see you - nobody will - but I'll be slogging away to help you keep going too.

Grab yourself a stopwatch, or even better, download a free 'WOD Timer' app like this

If you have a kettlebell or a dumbbell that's great. If not, don't fret. Find a backpack or handbag that you can fill with books/ heavy items (non-breakables). If you absolutely have nothing for resistance it's okay there's always another option!
